Deleting Your Spatial Account

WARNING:

  1. Deleting your account is permanent. There is no undo.
  2. All published items, spaces, uploaded content, and Spatial coins will be deleted.
  3. All existing subscriptions will be cancelled.

To delete your Spatial account:

  1. Navigate to your profile page by either:
    • Visiting the Spatial home page, clicking your avatar & user name button, and selecting View Profile from the drop down menu; or,
    • Navigate directly to your profile using a URL (e.g., https://www.spatial.io/@SpatialKevinM and replace "SpatialKevinM" with your user name)

  2. Next, click the Edit button located on the right-hand side of the profile page. This will open the Edit Profile modal window.

  3. At the bottom of the Edit Profile window you'll see a Delete account link, in red. Click it. You'll be prompted to confirm your account deletion.

  4. After clicking on the 'Confirm delete' button, you will be be redirected to the main page and see the prompt 'Your account has been deleted'.
    • You will NOT receive a separate email about account deletion, but please note if you see the 'Your account has been deleted' prompt, your account has been deleted
    • Do NOT try logging in again to confirm that the account has been deleted, this will start a new sign-up process
