Submitting Requests

When submitting a request, it is in your best interest to:

  • Clearly describe, or state, the issue or question
  • Provide relevant information (a link to the space or system specs, for example)
  • List the steps you took and what you tried to resolve it
  • Include screenshots or video recordings that clearly demonstrate the issue or question

Billing Inquiry

Use this option for questions about your subscription, Spatial's pricing tiers, or issues specific to billing.

If you are a Spatial+, Pro, Business, or Enterprise subscriber, please provide the email address associated with the paying account.

Report an Issue

If you are experiencing an issue or error, please provide detailed steps so we can reproduce the issue. Include what you were doing prior to the issue occurring and what you've done to try and resolve it.

Screenshots and videos of the issue are encouraged.

If you need help with Spatial Studio, the Creator Toolkit, or have general Spatial-specific Unity questions, use this option.
