If you currently have a space, or multiple spaces subscribed to the Spatial Pro or Business Tiers, you can manage your subscriptions directly on Spatial.
For help with an Enterprise subscription, please contact your Account Manager directly.
Overview
For an overview of your active Space Subscriptions, click on Billing or go to Spatial.io/billing. Here you will see a list of any space that have an active Pro, Business or Enterprise subscription, as well as a link to each space.
Updating or Cancelling Subscription
To change or cancel a subscription for one of your spaces, click Manage Subscription. This will take you to the Stripe portal where you can:
- Update Plan
- Cancel Plan
- View Payment History
- View and Update Payment Information
- View and Update Billing Information
- View and Request Invoices & Receipts
To update your plan, click Update Plan and choose which plan or frequency (monthly/annual) you'd like to move to.
To cancel your plan, click Cancel Plan, and on the next screen again click Cancel Plan. Your current plan will remain active on your space until your current billing period ends.

2. How can I upgrade?

3. I purchased a Monthly subscription, but meant to purchase Annual (or vice versa). How can I modify my subscription?
To shift your billing from Monthly to Annual (or Annual to Monthly), you'll need to cancel your current subscription and re-purchase your new subscription using the same email address that you used for your first transaction. Head to https://www.spatial.io/billing, click Manage Subscription, then choose Update Plan.
4. I have another question. Who do I ask?
