Thank you for subscribing to the Spatial Personal Plan. We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review our refund policy carefully.
Monthly Subscriptions
If you are billed monthly, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase. After 3 days, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable. You may still cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges, and your access will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
If you choose the annual billing option, you may request a full refund within 15 days of the purchase date. After 15 days, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent auto-renewal, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused months.
Refund Processing Fees
Please note that Stripe processing fees may be deducted from your refund. This fee is typically non-reversible and is charged to us by Stripe at the time of your original transaction.
Eligibility
Refunds are only available for users on the Personal Plan and must be requested by the original account holder. Users found to be in violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., using the Personal Plan for commercial, business, or educational purposes) are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@spatial.io using the email associated with your account.
- Include your order number and the reason for your request.
If your request is within the allowed refund window and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus any applicable Stripe fees.
