Please note "Save Room As Template" will only appear for room owners and hosts. Your Home space cannot be saved as a template.
Overview
Jump between different space scenes without having to change rooms! Have you set up an entire gallery in a space but need to bring that content into another? No problem!
So why use Templates?
- Create reusable spaces to load in quickly such as galleries or event rooms
- Load in a large amount of content all at once
- Easily move guests to different environments without having to change rooms
How do Templates work?
- A template is a snapshot of a space that remembers where all the uploaded content was at when saved.
- When you load a template, you will be loading the environment model that the template was saved in, as well as all the uploaded content that was in the space.
- You can use templates to save your progress when working in a space, or to be able to easily switch the layout of uploaded content in your space.
