Overview
In this guide, we'll show you how to take screenshots, photos, and record videos on your Quest VR headset.
Taking a Screenshot using Controllers
Press the Oculus button on your right Oculus Touch controller, along with the trigger button on your controller. Doing this allows you to take a screenshot. You can use the trigger button from either of your controllers. You should hear a shutter sound like that of a camera.

1. Press the Oculus button on the right controller. Once you do this it should open the Oculus menu.
2. From here, you can not only take a Screenshot but also record your Spatial session.
Recording a video via Quest

Press on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.

Select Record Video.

Select the toggle next to Include Mic Audio if you want to include your microphone audio in the video, then select Start Recording.

Press on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.

Select Recording.

Retrieving your photos & videos
- To access your photos and videos, press the home button again, and navigate to Sharing > Share Photos. Post the photo or video to your Facebook account (be sure to set to only me view if you don't want the photos/videos to be posted on your public wall) for quickest access.
- If you have SideQuest downloaded and your device is in developer mode you can go to Manage Files on Device and download them.
