Space Info - Increase engagement by adding information and preview media for your space

After you publish your space (either via the Creator Toolkit or through a template) you'll want to make sure people can find it! One of the best ways to do that is to make sure you have filled out your Space Info. This is where you'll enter all the metadata about your space, as well upload custom image and video thumbnails.

Accessing the Space Info can be done from within the space. In the upper-right corner click the three stacked dots to open the space's menu.

In the space's menu select Edit Space Info

Name, description & tags

• Name - Give your space an recognizable & memorable name
• Description - In 500 characters or less, describe your space. Let others know what's unique about it!
• Tags  - Associate your space with different categories/topics. People can search these tags on Spatial by searching "#[TAG]". These tags are also used to automatically categorize spaces on the Spatial homepage. Maximum of 7 tags per space.

Thumbnail image

• Auto  - A 360 image is auto-generated based on the entrance point of the space. Good for static immersive spaces like galleries.
• Custom (recommended) - Upload a custom thumbnail - this really helps your space stand out!

Thumbnail video

The thumbnail video plays when you hover over the static thumbnail of a space. This is BEST way to help your game/space stand out!

Poster Image

If your space gets selected for a homepage category feature, this image could be used. See below for an example.

Poster Video

Similar as the thumbnail video, but used when a space is featured as a poster

Logo

An image with a transparent background. Used on the loading screen, and on the Poster Image.
