How to Access Exclusible and Landz Properties on Spatial

(Note: the following does not apply for other NFT environments, such as those purchased from the Spatial X collection, or from independent creators.)

For those who own virtual properties from our friends at Exclusible and Landz.io, you can access them directly from Spatial! All you need to do is connect your MetaMask wallet that holds the property to your Spatial account.

How to access your Exclusible and Landz Properties in Spatial:

  • Log in or create a Spatial account
    • If you only plan on accessing your space in the Spatial desktop web app, you can sign in or create an account with any login method, including MetaMask login
    • If you plan on accessing your space via the Spatiall mobile or VR apps, then do not create an account using MetaMask login.
  • If you logged in or created an account with Google/Apple/Microsoft/Email
    • On desktop web (Spatial.io), click on your profile picture in the upper right corner, then Integrations
    • Next to MetaMask Wallet, click Connect
      • Note: You will need the MetaMask browser extension installed, and connected with the wallet that holds your Exclusible/Landz property
      • Properly sign and connect your MetaMask account with Spatial
    • Go to the "Your Spaces" tab on the homepage, and you should see your property listed at the top!
  • If you logged in or created an account using MetaMask login (desktop web browser only)
    • Log in with MetaMask
    • Go to the "Your Spaces" tab on the homepage, and you should see your property listed at the top!Untitled_design.png

Things to note about these unique NFT properties in Spatial:

  • They appear under the Your Spaces tab on the homepage
    • To have them appear on your Profile, you need to toggle the "Publicly Listed" option within the Share Settings of the space, or Go Live in the space, to make it public
  • The space cannot be saved as a Template or duplicated
    • These properties are considered unique, so duplicating them or saving them as Templates would allow you to have unlimited quantities, lowering their value
  • If you sell the NFT, the space will no longer use the Property's 3D environment and will revert to the empty/generic environment template.
  • You must keep your MetaMask wallet connected to your Spatial account in order for you to retain access to your property in Spatial.
